The Challenge
Active Fitness Store's delivery personnel needed a simple and efficient mobile workflow to manage multiple fitness equipment deliveries. The app needed to make important information such as customer details, delivery addresses and order information quickly accessible while keeping delivery confirmation steps straightforward.
The Solution
I designed a task-focused mobile UI/UX experience specifically for Active Fitness Store's delivery team. The workflow guides delivery personnel through each assigned order, from reviewing customer and delivery information to completing the handover, capturing delivery proof, collecting the customer's signature and recording feedback. The interface was designed to minimise unnecessary steps and make daily delivery operations easier to manage.
